Shanghai Rongqiao Center A F. A (hereinafter referred to as A.) F. A) is an art and commercial complex located at 570 Huaihai West Road, Changning District, Shanghai. The site was formerly known as Hongfang Cultural and Creative Park, which was renovated from Shanggang Tenth Factory. Rongqiao Group reconstructed the site and collaborated with world-renowned architect Xize Liwei to comprehensively renovate the city level protected building “Shanghai Urban Sculpture Art Center”. The project was renamed A F.A。 A. The concept of F.A’s project aims to integrate the three elements of history, art, and culture, create a space where art and life blend together, create value empowered office blocks, and create pleasant and comfortable urban art parks. While inheriting the historical memory of the city, it will shape a new business card for Shanghai’s art and commerce.

A. F.A is a co creation and sharing art life park with the brand concept of “Art for Life, Art for All”. It is not only a commercial complex that provides comprehensive life services, but also a creative space that showcases diverse art and culture. It takes cultural relics protection buildings as its core, connecting multi-dimensional collaborative development of life, shopping, business and office, artistic and cultural activities, and green spaces, creating a harmonious coexistence of history, modernity, and nature.

The building area of F.A is approximately 230000 square meters, including ROJO Art and Culture Space with a building area of approximately 6000 square meters, a shopping center with a building area of approximately 50000 square meters, a high-quality office building with a building area of approximately 100000 square meters, and 1000 parking spaces. A. F.A has joined forces with multiple internationally renowned professional institutions to carry out construction planning, which will not only continue the long-term cultivation of artistic and cultural heritage on this land, but also innovate and inject various formats for sharing and co creation, reconstruct urban public art, and endow Shanghai city center with a new artistic soul.
