Crystal Product Center

Jingpin Center is a commercial complex project consisting of an office building and a shopping center located in the Jing’an Temple commercial district of Shanghai. It is situated on the original site of “Jing’an Xiaoting” and was developed and constructed by Shanghai Jingpin Real Estate Development Co., Ltd., a joint venture between Fengtai Real Estate Investment Group and Swire Properties. The project includes a 20 story Grade A office building, Jingpin Tower, and a 7-story shopping center, with a total area of approximately 120000 square meters. In 2015, Shanghai Jingpin Real Estate sold the office building, also known as Jingpin Building, to Shanghai Shilianxing Equity Investment Management Co., Ltd. for 820 million yuan, and the project officially opened at the end of that year. On May 11, 2023, China Resources Wanxiang Life and Fengtai Real Estate Investment signed a cooperation agreement for Shanghai Jingpin Shopping Center. With the strong alliance, the future of Jingpin Center is even more anticipated.

The office building of Jingpin Center – Jingpin Building has a total height of 20 floors, located on 8-20F, with a total office area of about 13000 square meters. The total office volume is not very large, but the design standards of the office building are definitely super Grade A office standards. The exterior is a mixed steel glass curtain wall structure, and the powerful mechanical lines give Jingpin Building Art Deco technology and artistic sense; LOW-E insulated glass in the office can effectively block ultraviolet light and isolate outdoor noise. The high floor design can effectively isolate the noise interference caused by going up and down stairs. The net height of the floor reaches 3 meters, which is unparalleled in Grade A office buildings on Nanjing West Road. What’s even more rare is that the building is equipped with VRV air conditioning, which can freely control the operating time 24 hours a day. Every detail reflects humanistic design, and the building has therefore obtained WELL certification.

Geographical location

Jingpin Center is located at No. 68 Yuyuan Road, Jing’an Temple, Jing’an District, Shanghai. It is situated on the northwest side of Changde Road and Yuyuan Road, with Beijing West Road to the north and Jiaozhou Road to the west. To the south of Yuyuan Road are Jing’an Temple, Jiuguang Department Store, and Hong’an Swiss Hotel. It is a 160 meter walk to Nanjing West Road Commercial Street. The entrance of the shopping mall is located on Changde Road, and the office entrance can be accessed from the mall or from Yuyuan Road. The car entrance is on Changde Road and Yuyuan Road, and there are no parking spaces on the ground.
