Hongqiao Green Valley Plaza is one of the first projects to acquire land and start construction in the core area of Shanghai Hongqiao Business District Phase I. It is developed and constructed by Shanghai Zhonghe Real Estate Development Co., Ltd. It is a commercial office land with 7 above ground buildings and 3 underground floors, with a total land area of 44000 square meters. Green Valley draws inspiration from the block enclosed layout of buildings in Potsdam, Germany and old Shanghai, forming a dual interface design of “urban streets+courtyard communities”. It combines the rigorous and meticulous horizontal and vertical layout of German urban streets with the deep courtyards of old Shanghai alleys. Hongqiao Green Valley is planned as a green district, and all office buildings within the district will be designed and constructed according to the national three-star green building standards. The project extends from Shengui Road in the east, Shenbin Road in the west, Yonghong Road in the north, and Jianhong Road viaduct in the south, passing through Shenchang Road and divided into two blocks, east and west.
