The regional plan focuses on connecting with the construction of Shanghai International Shipping Center and Financial Center. In the future, it will gather financial headquarters institutions, strong fund management and high-quality financial supporting service enterprises. The project seamlessly connects the already connected Tilanqiao Station of Line 12 and is linked to the planned Metro Line 19, with a supporting 4000 square meter bus hub terminal station.<br />
The project was completed by the globally renowned Perry Clark Perry architectural firm, while the shopping center was entrusted to Benoy, who has designed Suzhou Central Mall and ION Orchard in Singapore. The two super high-rise towers draw inspiration from the &#8220;Chinese Ding&#8221; design, each with approximately 2000 square meters of space on their roofs. They will be transformed into rooftop gardens, observation decks, high-end dining, art galleries, and other venues. Inside the building, you can enjoy a 270 degree panoramic view of the century old historic buildings of the Bund, as well as the bustling skyline of Lujiazui.<br />
At present, the third Raffles City in Shanghai is still under planning, which will focus on and integrate the geographical characteristics such as shipping, economy, and culture of the region. We hope to introduce some new consumption concepts and trendy lifestyles, gather trendy brands, present novel art, select world cuisine, and integrate cultural tourism.<br />
