On October 22, 2020, the Xuhui Twin Towers and Sunshine Riverside Center officially held an intermediary meeting with the public, marking the start of the leasing of the Twin Towers.

The Sunshine Riverside Center project, as an important component of the Hengsheng Shanghai Bay Haoting project, consists of two super high-rise towers and a podium. Divided into north and south buildings, two large individual buildings, each with a volume of over 100000 square meters.
