WYSH Feiyue Li is a fashionable and creative new landmark located on Wuyi Road in Changning District, Shanghai, developed and operated by Jiahua International. The total construction area of the project is about 18000 square meters. Its predecessor was Feile Audio Factory, which witnessed the revitalization of Shanghai’s urban economy and culture. The project officially started construction in September 2020, inviting renowned architect Liu Yichun to be responsible for the overall design. The aim is to fully utilize the existing “industrial memory” of Feile Factory, combine it with new buildings, and create a harmonious coexistence between the historical block and the new cultural space. While revitalizing the urban landscape, it also activates the vitality of the street area, striving to achieve the organic integration of cultural elements and urban functions.

After major renovations, Fei Yue Li has been revitalized and become a popular check-in destination sought after by young trendsetters. This project has specially created a cultural exhibition space of approximately 1100 square meters, regularly hosting art themed exhibitions to achieve cross-border integration of the art industry and commercial culture. In addition, the public space of the project also incorporates artistic elements, attracting citizens to take photos and check in by creating the characteristic of “Art Tour Wuyi”. As one of the important projects in promoting the urban renewal plan of Wuyi Road in Changning District, Feiyue Li, together with key urban renewal projects such as Shangsheng New Institute and Wuyi Mix320, injects new vitality into the area. The Feile Factory site will pay special attention to the development of the fashion and creative industries, and is committed to creating a creative gathering place that integrates cultural and creative work parks and creative industry incubation centers.

WYSH Feiyue Li is located at 168 Wuyi Road, Changning District, adjacent to the Yan’an West Road Elevated Road. Ground transportation can quickly reach the North South, Yan’an, and Inner Ring Elevated Road, connecting to Hongqiao and Pudong International Airport.
